At Twilight Layat' our grooms are tailored for the dog so we do not go by strict deadlines. A elderly cocker-poo who has seldom seen a grooming parlour, will need more time and attention than a experienced 2 year old who gets seen every 6 weeks as recommended.
We specialise in nervous dogs and others who may just need TLC. If they are nervous of the hairdryer we have methods around this and they soon forget their fear.
There is something special about pampering your best friend. Thanking them for being by your side and loosening those fur locks and feeling fresh. We believe that the groom will take as long as the dog says, we will not rush the dog or leave them alone while we process more dogs. it is strictly 1-2-1 and your dog will never be left unattended. We enforce a strict arm length away rule, meaning that when in the bath or on the table a member of trusted, DBS checked staff will always be a literal arm length away from the dog at all times. No exceptions. In the near future you will be able to check our live stream at any time during the groom to put your mind at ease too. In the meantime I offer Whatsapp live updates as and when requested by yourself.
The door is locked and a privacy barrier is pulled across so nobody can enter the salon and disturb the groom.
